It's time for another disco, bigger and better than before!
Want to do something different on your Friday night? Come and party with Spirit Hoop Cake!
Over 18's only, as there is a liscenced bar available! Spin those hoops or chill out with a drink and some hoop chat in the chill zone!
Groove out to pumping hoop tunes, dress up Halloween style or wear your finest hoop outfit and hoop the night away with friends new and established!
Everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced! The objective is to party hard and celebrating the skills you have!
The venue is a 5 minute walk from the local train station which connects to both London and the Midlands. Check out the interactive map below!

Unsure about what a hoop dance disco is? Let me help you! It is a fantastic opportunity for you to socialise using your amazing hoop dance skills, meet new friends from the local area and beyond, share your skills and experiences with others who have the same passion as you, groove to the music and explore your very own unique way of hoop dancing! Beginners to advance are always welcome, men are encouraged to join in too! These events are for those aged 16 and older. No alcohol is available but Hoop Juice (known to most as water!) will be available should you need to replenish your fluids! Want to know what you missed at the last event? Fundraising
Spirit Hoop Cake is proud to present its first ever fundraising event in Milton Keynes!
Hoop For Willen will raise money for Willen Hospice, my dream is to be able to contribute in excess of £1000 towards their running costs, with all of us hooping together I believe this will be possible. Supporting our local community will strengthen us, making Milton Keynes a great place to be, a place where we truly care and support one another. This event will afford us the opportunity to join together to help maintain our much needed and relied upon local services.

If you want to participate and help me on my crusade then simply email me at janine@spirithoopcake.com, it costs just £5 to take part, all monies, including the £5 cost to take part, will be donated to Willen Hospice! Walk for Willen will be taking place on the same day and we are lucky enough to be starting off first leading the way for the walkers to follow!
Spread the word amongst your friends and ask if they will sponsor you while you Hoop For Willen.
Together we can raise money for a great cause which benefits those who are seriously unwell. Once you have registered your interest further information will be sent out to you.
